Queue Guardian
Reviews every pending post each morning and fixes what drifted off-brand.
The agent that makes the approval queue stop being a chore. Every morning it opens the posts waiting for you, reads them against the brand voice and the editorial plan, rewrites the captions that drifted, flags the ones that need a human call, and leaves a short recap so you can approve the batch in a minute instead of half an hour.
What it does
- Reads every pending post against your brand voice
- Rewrites captions that drifted off-brand
- Separates what it fixed from what needs your call
The prompt
This is what gets installed. Edit it before or after — it is yours.
Open the posts currently pending approval. For each one: check the caption against the brand voice and the editorial plan, fix anything that drifted (tone, claims, CTA, hashtags), and make sure the visual brief still matches the caption. Leave posts that need a human decision untouched and list them separately. End with a short recap: how many you fixed, what you changed, what needs my call.
What it leaves behind
- A fixed, ready-to-approve queue
- A one-screen recap in chat
