# Team Invites

Invite colleagues, clients, or agencies to collaborate on a specific brand. Each brand has its own team — billing and ownership stay with the account owner.

## How it works

Team invitations are per-brand. When you invite someone by email, they get access to that single brand — not your whole account or other brands. The invite is sent via email and also appears in the invitee's dashboard.

-   Invites expire after **7 days**
-   Each email can only be invited once per brand (revoke and re-invite to resend)
-   The invitee must have an Anomalia account with the same email address
-   Access is instant — once accepted, the member sees the brand immediately

## Invite a teammate

1.  Open the brand you want to share
2.  Go to **Settings → Team**
3.  Enter the invitee's email address
4.  Click **Send invite**

The invitee receives an email with a link to their dashboard. They'll see the invite under **Invites** in the sidebar. Even if the email fails to send, the invite is created — the invitee will find it in their dashboard once logged in.

**Note:** only the brand owner can send invites. Team members cannot invite other people.

## Accept an invite

If you've been invited to a brand:

1.  Log in to Anomalia with the email address the invite was sent to
2.  In the sidebar, click **Invites**
3.  You'll see the brand name and who invited you
4.  Click **Accept** to gain access

After accepting, the brand appears in your brand list like any other. You can start managing content, approving posts, and using the Studio immediately.

**Expired invite?** Ask the brand owner to revoke the old one and send a new invite. Invites expire after 7 days.

## Permissions

Team members have full access to the brand, with one exception:

-   **Can** — view and edit the editorial plan, approve/reject posts, manage Studio (products, knowledge, people, competitors), connect/disconnect social accounts, view analytics, use the AI chat
-   **Cannot** — manage billing, change the subscription, delete the brand, or invite other people

Billing, ownership, and invite management remain exclusively with the account owner.

## Revoke access

To remove someone from a brand:

1.  Go to **Settings → Team**
2.  Find the member or pending invite
3.  Click **Remove**

If the invite was already accepted, the member loses access immediately.

If the invite is still pending, revoking simply deletes the invite. You can re-invite the same email afterward.

## Security

Team invites are designed with security in mind:

-   **Only owners can invite** — only the brand owner can send invites; team members cannot invite other people
-   **Email-matched** — invites are tied to a specific email address. Only someone logged in with that exact email can accept.
-   **No secrets in email** — the invite email contains no password or token. Acceptance happens securely inside the logged-in dashboard.
-   **7-day expiry** — unused invites expire automatically after 7 days
-   **Instant revocation** — when you remove someone, they lose access immediately
