# Brand Memory

Brand Memory is how Anomalia remembers everything about your brand — your voice, your preferences, what works, and what to avoid. It's the reason Anomalia sounds more like you over time.

## What Anomalia remembers

- **Your voice** — tone, style, words you use, words you avoid
- **Your preferences** — "always use Italian", "no emojis in captions", "never mention competitors by name"
- **What works** — which post formats get the most engagement, which hashtags perform
- **What you've taught it** — corrections, feedback, and instructions you've given in chat
- **Competitive insights** — what your competitors do well, white space in your market

## How it learns

Anomalia learns from everything you do:

- **When you edit a caption** — the changes you make are the strongest signal of your voice. If you shorten a caption or remove emojis, Anomalia learns that preference.
- **When you chat** — every conversation is analysed for preferences and constraints. Tell Anomalia "I prefer a more formal tone" and it remembers.
- **When you approve or reject** — patterns in what you approve teach Anomalia what you want.
- **From competitor research** — insights about your market are saved for future use.

You can also add knowledge directly in Studio — notes, guidelines, and reference material that Anomalia treats as ground truth.

## Getting better over time

Every week, Anomalia reviews what it has learned and refines its memory:

- Preferences you've reinforced multiple times become stronger
- Old, unused knowledge gradually fades
- Conflicting information is flagged for you to resolve

The result: after a few weeks, Anomalia's output feels like it came from your team, not from a generic AI.
